Please know that your trust is important to me. I will not share any of your personal information or details of our sessions with anyone unless you have given me written consent to do so, except under one condition. In the event that I believe you may be in danger of harming yourself or others, I will do what I feel is necessary to ensure your protection.
I understand that life happens, and there may be times when appointments need to be cancelled. I do not charge a cancellation fee, and instead, rely on the courtesy of clients to provide me with as much notice as possible. Should a client not provide notice, or not show up for appointments, a non-refundable deposit may be required of them for future bookings.
Home Parties may be cancelled at any time, preferably with reasonable notice, but the deposit is non-refundable.
There may be circumstances when I have to cancel appointments due to urgent family obligations, illness, bad weather conditions, etc. Please know that every effort will be made to attend all appointments, but when that is not possible, appointments will be rescheduled as quickly as possible.
Time in Hypnosis
Please note that I charge by the session, not by the hour, although I do try to keep sessions to approximately one hour in length. The length of a session will vary depending on the pre-talk, length of time in hypnosis, and the debriefing, so some sessions may be a few minutes longer, or a few minutes shorter. Some sessions may not involve hypnosis, and our time will be spent in therapy- related conversation. Trust that we are spending our time together working on your goal.
Arriving for your Appointment
I will make every effort to be on time, and hope that you will too! Please do not arrive too early, as I may be in session with a client and will be unable to greet you. Should you arrive late for a session, your session may be a shorten version, especially if I have a client booked following your appointment.
